At Sim-Lab USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sim racing gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Ensure all electronics and components are placed in their original packaging with all manuals, cables, and accessories included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated US distribution center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
